All products are made-to-order and require 7-15 days for production, depending on the complexity and fabric. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details.
2. Shipping Times
- Domestic Shipping (within India): After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days.
- International Shipping: Delivery times may vary by country, with an estimated delivery time of 7-15 business days. International orders are shipped via trusted courier services such as DHL.
3. Shipping Charges
- Within India: Free shipping for prepaid orders above ₹2000.
- International: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and do not include customs or import duties, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
4. Urgent Deliveries
If you require expedited shipping, please notify us at least 7 days in advance. We will try our best to accommodate your request.
5. Customs and Duties
For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.
