At Sajja, we take pride in the quality of our products. Since all items are made-to-order, we have a specific refund policy in place:
1. No Refunds on Custom Orders
As our products are custom-made to order, we do not offer refunds unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you are eligible for a refund or replacement. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product by emailing us at [support email] with photos of the defect or damage. Upon approval, we will issue a refund or arrange for an exchange.
3. Non-Returnable Items

4. Exchange Instead of Refund
We offer size exchanges for items that do not fit, but refunds are not available for size issues. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags intact. The customer is responsible for shipping costs for exchanges.

If your refund is approved, the amount will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
