Shipping Information

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. As all our products are made-to-order, production starts only after the order is placed. Items typically ship within 3-4 weeks due to the dyeing process, which can take 7-15 days depending on the weather. Orders are dispatched twice weekly through Bluedart, with international orders handled by DHL. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, with orders dispatched from our Ahmedabad studio. For urgent deliveries, notify us at least 7 days in advance.

Shipping in India: Once dispatched, please allow 3-5 business days for delivery.

International Shipping: We ship to most major countries using DHL. International payments are accepted via PayPal. Please note that customs or import duties are not included in the shipping fee and vary by country.

Product Accuracy: We aim to display product colors as accurately as possible, but variations in screen displays may cause differences. Handwoven and naturally dyed fabrics may feature slight imperfections, adding to their unique character.

Bespoke Items: As all items are made-to-order, cancellations or returns are not accepted unless the product is faulty or not as described.

Exchanges: We offer size exchanges within 1 week of receipt. Items must be returned unused, with tags intact. Exchanges are only allowed for sizing issues, and not for custom-made or sale items. Damaged items can be returned if they were damaged during transit.

Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or with discounts are not eligible for exchange or return.

COD Policy: We offer free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹2000 in India. COD is available with extra charges but is not available for orders above ₹10000, bulk orders, sale items, or stitching services. COD is also not available for international addresses.
